Welcome to the apartment and thank you for booking your stay with us. I am delighted to welcome you at El Balcón al Mar, I will do everything possible to make you feel at home. If you have any questions please contact us at +34 621 054 942. We wish you a happy stay.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You can smoke on the terrace, being careful not to throw cigarette butts into the street or burn the table.
- Maximum check–out at 11:00 a.m. Please send a WhatsApp to let us know that you have left the apartment.
- Please, every time you leave the apartment, turn off the lights and raise or tension the awnings.
- You will find the sheets, duvet and sofa pillow inside the sofa. The sofa is very easy to assemble, you pull out the seat and then lower the backrest.
- Hot water: for space reasons the tank is 50 L, you have enough for two showers in winter and four in summer. Please do not touch the thermostat wheel to avoid breakdowns.
- Pets: only allowed on request, they have a charge of €10/day/pet. If you come with a pet and do not notify us, we can cancel your reservation for not complying with the accommodation conditions. The pet cannot be left alone in the accommodation.
- Please, I ask you to help us maintain order and cleanliness, and take care of the furniture as if it were your own home.
- When your stay ends, please check that you leave the lights and fans off, the blinds drawn, the rubbish thrown away and the awnings collected, as well as the keys deposited in the safe deposit boxes where you collected them.
